Taste & Pleasure - The Cozy Beer School
Beer isn't just beer, and whether you're a beer beginner or a beer geek, tasting beer can be both difficult and exciting. Come and join us for a fun, educational and cozy beer tasting at People Like Us Beer Bar.
There are hundreds of beer styles. We will not reach all of them, but we will see, smell, taste and talk about 6 different, specially selected beers from home and abroad. First we taste in the blind and talk about what we experience, and then we reveal the beer and talk about the beer style. It's going to be nerdy, but in a way where everyone can join in and everyone can learn something. We can guarantee that there will be something for everyone, maybe even some beers sharing the waters, but hopefully we will open the doors to a better beer enjoyment.
Your hosts are Jakob and Rune, who with childlike enthusiasm will guide you through the beer's flavor universe. No preparation is necessary and you can show up alone or with others.
The tasting lasts about 2 hours, and afterwards we offer a free draft beer at the bar.
6 tastings of approximately 10cl of different beers from home and abroad.
Short presentation adapted to each beer, where the beer style is in focus.
1 draught beer at the bar after tasting, either 40cl below 7% or 25cl above 7%
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start, so that everyone has time to settle down well before the skiing starts
People Like Us is a Danish brewery that makes excellent beer and does a huge job with social responsibility in mind.
